3. CPU time applies to shell access and CGI scripts only; cpu time used serving static files is not charged.
All of these charges are pro-rated. In other words, if your site uses 1MB of disk space you'll only be charged $0.0005/day -- in contrast to other webhosts where you pay the same charge regardless of whether you use your disk space or not. Similarly, if your site only generates 100MB of traffic each month you'll only have to pay $0.20 each month (plus the cost of disk space and CPU time).
In keeping with our policy of efficiency, we accept payment only via Paypal. Also, because you will be charged different amounts each day based on your disk, cpu, and bandwidth usage, we don't bill monthly. Instead, we keep an account balance for you, from which we deduct your hosting costs daily. It is up to you to deposit more money via Paypal whenever necessary in order to keep your balance positive. (This also means that you'll never be hit with a huge unexpected bill -- you'll never pay more than you deposit into your account).
