We have four basic rules:

1. No spamming. If you send bulk email to people and they complain about it, your account will be cancelled and you will forfeit any funds you have in your account. There will be no exceptions to this rule.
2. No illegal content. If you have content which is obviously illegal (child pornography, warez, etc.) we will kill your account immediately; if you have material of questionable legality we may ask you to remove it.
3. Don't attempt to circumvent security. We keep extensive logs and we will catch you. Accounts will be cancelled, and law enforcement agencies may be notified.
4. Don't be destructive. If you deliberately try to cause problems (even if you don't succeed), we'll remove your account.

Please note: While we actively monitor security and performance, we do not inspect user files unless we receive a complaint.
